FAWLEP Mentorship Initiative 2026

Become a FAWLEP Mentor

This March, FAWLEP invites you to be that presence for another woman in law enforcement.

The FAWLEP Mentorship Initiative 2026 is designed to strengthen our profession by connecting experienced leaders with women seeking guidance, clarity, and professional growth. When we share knowledge, support advancement, and create safe spaces for honest conversations, we elevate the entire organization.

Legacy is not built in isolation. It is built through intentional leadership and shared success.

If you are ready to invest in another woman’s growth, we invite you to volunteer as a FAWLEP Mentor.
